We are currently seeking experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), trainers, and facilitators to develop and teach educational courses designed for business owners, home care and home health administrators, recruiters, and professionals involved in hiring and workforce development.


We are looking for engaging instructors with real-world expertise in areas such as leadership, compliance, operations, recruiting, retention, staffing, healthcare management, business growth, HR, and related topics. Courses may be delivered virtually or in person, depending on the opportunity.


This is a paid opportunity for professionals who are passionate about sharing their knowledge, educating others, and helping organizations strengthen their teams and operations.

Proposal Requirements 

 

Deadline: There is no deadline and instead we are taking proposals for the foreseeable future. Once we have met our capacity, we will close the submission window and resume for the 2027 year.

Proposal submissions must include: 

 

  • Title of Workshop

  • Description of Workshop

  • Outcomes of Workshop

  • Speaker Info

  • Speaker Qualifications

  • Speaker Bio

  • Speaker Availability 

 

Successful proposals will include the following elements: 

 

  • Demonstrate a depth of expertise and relevant experience connected to the topic proposed. 

  • Be interactive and include concrete takeaways for students

  • Provide time for Q+A and Reflection

Classes can range in length from 1 hour to 3 hours, depending on the topic.

Workshops are stipend paid at the rate of $100 - $200 per hour, depending on the subject matter and interest in the course. Stipends require a completed W9 form on file PRIOR to the workshop and will be paid within 30 days of the workshop.
